Joshgun Rahimov was born on December 8, 1972. Together with his colleague Rafael, he is considered the creator of the theatre comedy, In this city. In 2014 the actor also received the title of honoured artist for his contribution in the development of Azerbaijani culture. In this City was initially created in November 2000 as the prototype of the show, Gorodok, broadcasted via the Russian RTR TV channel.
